1. Illogical statements in Islam:

   • If the god of Islam cannot have a son...then the god of Islam is not the father of ANYBODY.
   • If the god of Islam is not the father of ANYBODY, then he cannot be the creator/father of the universe.
   • By saying the god of Islam cannot have a son, this implies the material universe is evil. When Lord God Almighty finished creating the Universe, He said: "very good" - Gen 1:31. God is good, so the Universe is made in His image.

   [an-Nisa' 4:171] O People of the Scripture! Do not exaggerate in your religion nor utter aught concerning Allah save the truth. The Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, was only a messenger of Allah, and His word which He conveyed unto Mary, and a spirit from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers, and say not "Three" - Cease! (it is) better for you! - Allah is only One God. Far is it removed from His Transcendent Majesty that He should have a son. His is all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. And Allah is sufficient as Defender.

   The statement: "Far is it removed from His Transcendent Majesty that He should have a son." Is the same as: "the Almighty cannot have a son."

   This is an oxymoron.

   To say a being is "Almighty" is to say that being has NO LIMITS.

   
           al·might·y (ôl-mt) adj. 1.Having absolute power; all-powerful: almighty God.
   
   

   Saying a being with limitless power CANNOT have a son - means that being is not almighty and is limited in his power.

   Islam by the Koran states emphatically: Allah cannot have a son. Thus contradicting and invalidating itself.

   Islam and the Koran fail because they deny Jesus Christ is The Son of God.

   [Luke 20:17] But he looked at them and said, "What then is this that is written: `The very stone which the builders rejected has become the head of the corner? 18 Every one who falls on that stone will be broken to pieces; but when it falls on any one it will crush him."

   To accept Jesus Christ is the Son of God Almighty, is to accept all that He implies - in other words - the gospel: Jesus is The Miracle, Jesus is The Son of God, Jesus is Salvation, Jesus is Lord.

   [Mat 19:26] But Jesus looked at them and said to them, "With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."

   NO LIMITS!

   This means (with all due respect) if God decides to have kittens - He can. The Almighty is not limited to anybody's holy book, theology, or religion. The Holy Spirit is the Breath of Life. Procreation is a TRUE characteristic of Life.

   Why would anybody want to worship a god who has limits, a god who couldn't?

2. Doubt:

   • [Rom 14:23] But he who has doubts is condemned, if he eats, because he does not act from faith; for whatever does not proceed from faith is sin.
   • Islam attacks Christianity by telling you Allah cannot have a son, that the bible is corrupted, and that Allah is the father to no one.

     This is DOUBT.

   • Who would be considered more faithful, the one who says "with God all things are possible" - Mat 19:26, or the one who says "God can't"? Islam, by promoting DOUBT, essentially shuts the door of salvation on itself.
   • A person cannot be saved if they doubt God.

3. Cafeteria Christians:

   Islamic doctrine only accepts bible verses, and half verses - in most cases out of context - to validate their theology. This is what all cults do. It is a convenient way for them to throw out any verse that refutes what they believe in. By doing this, they confirm that Jesus is not their Shepherd, because those who are of the flock of Jesus hear His voice and His words and follow Him - John 10:27.

4. Lamb of God:

   One of the greatest problems I have with Islam is:
   They violently say they believe and accept the prophets, but when you confront them with the words and events of these prophets, they deny them, falling back on the cheap excuse that the Bible is corrupted. Any verse that does not sit well with them they conveniently deny.

   John the Baptist is considered a true prophet of God by Islam, yet, when you talk to any of them, they deny most everything he said.

   The witness of John the Baptist:

   • The absolute greatest good any man can do on this earth is to give his life to save another - John 15:13: Jesus did this on the cross...
   • John the Baptist is recognized by Islam as a prophet, and he says: "behold the lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world" - John 1:29...
   • You can only worship God, so, to worship Jesus as anything less than God is a sin - so, if we worship Him at all, we must worship him as God - John 8:24...
   • God requires a PERFECT lamb without blemish. Thus, John the Baptist testifies that - Jesus is PERFECT, the atonement for our sins. Only GOD IS PERFECT. This was John the Baptist way of testifying to the Deity of Jesus Christ - that Jesus is Lord.
   • I trust the PERFECT LAMB OF GOD - who John the Baptist testified to. I need no other. Why would anyone need anything else, when God has provided the PERFECT sacrifice for my sins in Jesus Christ?

5. Is the Koran and Islam really necessary?

   If essentially all the Koran tells you to do is: "fear God and keep the commandments", why is it even necessary? On nearly every page of the Bible, God tells us to obey him. This makes Islam and the Koran, just extra stuff. It is hard enough being a good Christian.

6. Koran confusion:

   The Koran tells you to:
   • Believe in Jesus - [an-Nisa' 4:171]
   • Follow Jesus - [al-Hadid 57:27]
   • Obey and believe in the Bible - [al-Ma'idah 5:46], [al-Ma'idah 5:66], [al-Ma'idah 5:68], [al-Fath 48:29.57]

     But when you talk to a Moslem, they confuse you and put doubt in your mind by saying the gospel and the torah we have today are unreliable and corrupted.

7. What Virgins?

   Recent analysis into the language of the Koran finds those 72 virgins promised Islamic martyrs are really 72 "white raisins".

   This naturally leads to the most fascinating book ever written on the language of the Koran, and if proved to be correct in its main thesis, probably the most important book ever written on the Koran. Christoph Luxenberg's book, Die Syro-Aramaische Lesart des Koran, available only in German, came out just over a year ago, but has already had an enthusiastic reception, particularly among those scholars with a knowledge of several Semitic languages at Princeton, Yale, Berlin, Potsdam, Erlangen, Aix-en-Provence, and the Oriental Institute in Beirut.

   Luxenberg tries to show that many obscurities of the Koran disappear if we read certain words as being Syriac and not Arabic. We cannot go into the technical details of his methodology but it allows Luxenberg, to the probable horror of all Muslim males dreaming of sexual bliss in the Muslim hereafter, to conjure away the wide-eyed houris promised to the faithful in suras XLIV.54; LII.20, LV.72, and LVI.22. Luxenberg 's new analysis, leaning on the Hymns of Ephrem the Syrian, yields "white raisins" of "crystal clarity" rather than doe-eyed, and ever willing virgins - the houris. Luxenberg claims that the context makes it clear that it is food and drink that is being offerred, and not unsullied maidens or houris.

   In Syriac, the word hur is a feminine plural adjective meaning white, with the word "raisin" understood implicitly. Similarly, the immortal, pearl-like ephebes or youths of suras such as LXXVI.19 are really a misreading of a Syriac expression meaning chilled raisins (or drinks) that the just will have the pleasure of tasting in contrast to the boiling drinks promised the unfaithful and damned.

   Just how intelligent is it to blow yourself up for a hand full of raisins?

8. More problems with the Koran:

   • The Koran says to obey the torah and the gospel - yet it does not agree with either one.
   • The Koran says Moses was struck by lightning [al-Baqarah 2:54-56], and God raised him from the dead - the torah does not show any of this.
   • The Koran says Jesus was born under a palm tree [Maryam 19:23,25] - the gospel of Luke says Jesus was born in a manger - 3 times [Luke 2:7,12,16].
   • The gospel tells us many times, Jesus is the Son of God [Mat 8:29, 14:33, Mark 5:7, John 5:25] - but the Koran tells us Allah has no son.
   • If Allah is almighty then he could do anything - unlimited/Infinite. That means if He so desired He could appear in human form.
   • The Koran says we are to obey the torah. The torah describes Abraham - Gen 22:11,12, 18:1-33; Moses - Exod 24:10; the parents of Samson - Judg 13:22; Gideon - Judg 6:12; Joshua - Josh 5:14,15; and Ezekiel - 1:26-28, all SEEING, TALKING, and even EATING with the Lord - in HUMAN form. If God could incarnate before nearly all of the patriarchs, He could certainly incarnate as Jesus Christ.

9. And what about Allah?

   • The people who lived in arabia prior to Mohammed believed in over 360 gods - one of which was Allah, who at the time had 3 daughters (al-Lat, al-Uzza and Manat).
   • Somehow Allah lost his daughters when Mohammed came.
   • Prior to Mohammed, Allah also had a wife - Alli. Allah lost his family because of Mohammed.
   • I have looked up the 99 names of Allah in Islam. In the whole list I did not read - LORD, YHVH, or I AM, anywhere. If Allah is the same god as Jews and Christians - where is His name?

     This list varies, in some, they list "LORD" at the top. So whose list is correct?

   • According to history, before Mohammed, Allah had a wife and 3 daughters (al-Lat, al-Uzza and Manat). If Allah can have 3 daughters, then why can't Allah have a son?

   • Some say the three women in the Qur'an are actually one woman - the Tripple Goddess. Maiden, mother, and crone. Whose name overall is Allat. Others say the Tripple Goddess is an eternal archetype in the human psyche.

     From the Encyclopedia Brittanica:
     Allat - North Arabian goddess of pre-Islamic times to whom a stone cube at at-Ta'if (near Mecca) was held sacred as part of her cult. Two other North Arabian goddesses, Manat (Fate) and al-'Uzza (Strong), were associated with al-Lat in the Qur'an (Islamic sacred scriptures). The Prophet Muhammad once recognized these three as goddesses, but a new revelation led him to abrogate the approving verses he had earlier recited and to abandon his attempt to placate Meccan pagans. Members of the tribe of Quraysh circumambulated the Ka'bah in Mecca (now a central shrine of Islam in Mecca's al-Haram mosque) chanting the praises of al-Lat, al-'Uzza, and Manat. Each of the three had main sanctuaries near Mecca that were sites of pious visits and offerings until Muhammad ordered them destroyed. The goddesses were also worshipped by various Arab tribes located as far away as Palmyra, Syria.

     If the Qur'an is the perfect word of the Almighty, why did Mohammed have to edit (abrogate) it? It brings the entire text into question. Abrogation is one of the major reasons I cannot accept Islam as the "True Religion".

     If the Jinn could have tricked Mohammed into writing one verse wrong, Mohammed could have been tricked into writing the whole thing. From what I have read, the text of the Qur'an has been abrogated in many places. This is very troubling.

     How can a person commit the fate of his eternal soul to the text of a book that may have been dictated by a demon; a text that may in the future be edited (abrogated) out by an expert in Islam?

     Regardless, the point I am trying to make is: The Almighty has no limits. And Islam's attempts to distance itself from the Son of the Almighty - just hurts it.

10. Conclusion:

    The most puzzling thing about Islam, from my studies into the Name of God - "Allah" means the "strength of a tree". JESUS is the strength of the cross/tree. Islam by denying the deity of Jesus - denies itself. If you consider what that implies - Jesus is Allah.

    The essential meaning of Jesus Christ crucified is - self sacrifice in obedience to the Almighty. I have always been told, the meaning of Islam is - self sacrifice in obedience to the Almighty.
